What cookies are

Small files a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to work at all. Others tell us how the site is being used, or let us show advertising to people who have visited before.

What we use

Strictly necessary. These keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. They do not need your consent and cannot be switched off.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and move through the site: which pages are read, which are ignored, and where visitors come from. It is set to collect this at an aggregate level, not to identify you personally.

Advertising. We do not run paid campaigns at the moment. If we do, those platforms set cookies so we can measure whether an advert led to an enquiry, and so we can show adverts to people who have already visited the site. That would cover Google, LinkedIn and Meta.

Analytics and advertising cookies are only set once you have agreed to them.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of any page, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking everything may stop parts of the site working as intended.

The third parties

Where a third party sets a cookie, they are responsible for it and their own policy applies. Google’s is at policies.google.com, LinkedIn’s at linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy, and Meta’s at facebook.com/policy.

What you type into our forms

That is not a cookie, but it is worth being clear about. When you submit the contact form or the guest form, what you write is sent to us by email and stored in our systems so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We use it to answer you and, where relevant, to carry out the recruitment or consultancy work you have asked about. We do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a form submission.
