Twenty-seven years in recruitment. First as a headhunter in niche engineering, then media and marketing in Manchester, before moving into rec-to-rec in 2002. Lysha started Qui in 2005.

Lysha hosts The Recruiter’s Recruitment Podcast, now in its seventh season, is a keynote speaker at industry events and a one to one coach to founders, and co-founded Women in Recruitment Leadership in 2024.

Outside work you will find Lysha at the gym at 6am, either strength training or at Pilates. That, or hanging out with her two adult daughters.

Over two decades as a rec-to-rec, starting out in 2003 at PFJ, where she originally met Lysha before the two of them launched Qui Recruitment London together in 2015.

Laura has placed hundreds of recruiters into agencies and talent teams in and around London, based in the City for a decade, where she also did a year in-house before launching her own agency.

Dog mum to three sassy mini sausages: Richmond, Daisy and Violet. Outside of work you will find her out walking them, at the allotment, or in the gym so she can enjoy all of the wine and cheese.

Started in finance recruitment in 2015, during a university placement year in Manchester, before moving into rec-to-rec with Qui in 2017.

Since then Shannon has built relationships across the North West and Yorkshire, getting to know the people behind the billings, the job titles and the LinkedIn profiles. She specialises in helping recruiters find the right next move, whether that is a new role, a new market or a different environment. Shannon also helped launch The Recruiter’s Recruitment Podcast in 2020 and still supports it behind the scenes.

Originally from North Wales, by way of Manchester, and in Leeds since 2019. Outside work you will usually find Shannon at Pilates, eating out, enjoying a gin with friends, or hanging out with her partner and Ozzy the dachshund.
