About 

Shannon’s recruitment journey began back in 2015 during her placement year at university, where

she worked for a boutique finance recruitment agency. She continued working there during her

final year of studies, during this time, Shannon was introduced to Lysha, and the rest is history!

In 2017, Shannon officially entered the rec2rec world, initially focusing on the Northwest market.

She moved to Leeds in 2019 which she now covers the Yorkshire market as well as the North

West.

Outside of work Shannon’s diary is always busy with plans with friends and family. She loves to

switch off by putting on a podcast and going on a long walk or by going to the gym. Or going to a

pilates or yoga class - which she has a new found love for!
